Raspberry Tulameen Pearl

A higher yielding strain of the popular variety Tulameen, Raspberry Tulameen Pearl produces attractive, large, glossy berries with a firm texture and superb flavour. A mid season variety with a long harvest promised. This is an easy to pick variety and fruit holds well on the cane even in poorer weather. The fruits are firm, sweet, and aromatic, making them ideal for fresh eating, cooking, and preserving. Plants are vigorous and upright with nearly spineless canes, making harvesting easier. A reliable cropper, it performs best in a sunny, sheltered position and is suitable for both garden cultivation and small-scale production.
