Shrubs for Spring Interest
Spring is the peak season for flowering shrubs of many varieties—it is a joy to see their colourful flowers unfold after a long, cold winter. Rhododendrons and azaleas (on acid soil) will carry their clusters of beautiful flowers into early summer. Meanwhile flowering cherries will create a stunning show (at least until the first strong wind).
