Ranunculus asiaticus Purple

Persian buttercup Purple

A standout favourite for florists and home growers alike, Ranunculus asiaticus Purple brings dramatic colour and texture to late-Spring and early-Summer gardens. Rising above mounds of parsley-like, fresh green foliage, its strong, multi-branching stems produce dense, double blooms packed with paper-thin, silky petals in rich shades of velvety violet, deep plum, and magenta. The intricate, rose-like flowers unfold to reveal dark, contrast-rich centres, making them a fabulous choice for cutting gardens, borders, and patio containers. These Persian buttercups last exceptionally long in a vase too.
