Mahonia Caberet

An interesting new compact variety of Mahonia that produces its flowers from the end of summer and all the way through autumn, the holly like, evergreen foliage is flushed red when young. The elegant racemes of Mahonia nitens Cabaret have orange-red buds that open to yellow and are followed by blue-grey berries that birds love. Mahonia nitens Cabaret has been given the Award of Garden Merit by the Royal Horticultural Society for outstanding performance in the garden.
