Honeysuckle, Woodbine
A vigorous, native, deciduous twining climber, bearing strongly fragrant tubular white flowers, tinged pink outside, fading to yellow. Honeysuckle needs support to grow up and cutting back by approximately a third each year once established. It is a cottage garden classic and a well known site in hedgerows.
Plugs or 9cm pots are a great and cost effective way to add this native climber to a hedgerow.
