Also known as the Shasta Daisy, Leucanthemum May Queen is one of the earliest flowering varieties, bringing cheerful blooms to the garden in late spring. It produces classic, daisy-like flowers with crisp white petals and sunny yellow centres, held on sturdy stems above clumps of rich green foliage.
Compact and upright in habit, ‘May Queen’ is perfect for borders, cottage gardens, and wildlife-friendly spaces. It’s an excellent cut flower, long-lasting in arrangements, and highly attractive to pollinators. Easy to grow and low maintenance, it thrives in most well-drained soils and brings a burst of brightness year after year.
