A mid-season gooseberry with larger than average, olive green fruit with a sweet and aromatic flavour and good resistance to powdery mildew. Gooseberry Hinnonmaki Green is an abundant cropper, once harvested, the fruit can be eaten straight from the bush, or used to make an array of puddings and jellies. Bred in Finland, very cold hardy.
