Astilbe ‘Peach Blossom’ is a charming, early-flowering perennial known for its soft, peachy rose-pink plumes that rise gracefully above finely divided, bronze-tinged green foliage. The feathery flower spikes appear in late spring to early summer, creating a delicate, airy effect that adds light and movement to shady garden areas.
This compact, clump-forming variety grows to around 60 cm tall and 45 cm wide, making it ideal for smaller borders, shaded beds, and containers. It thrives in moist, humus-rich soil and prefers partial to full shade (although bear in mind it will flower less reliably in full shade). Its blooms are not only long-lasting but also attractive to pollinators.
