Apple Cavan Wine
An attractive, fragrant cooking apple that develops a delicate pink blush on the sunny side of the fruit. The flavour of Apple Cavan Wine is pleasantly balanced and requires little added sugar, making it particularly useful for baking and tarts. Discovered on a farm near Milltown, Co. Cavan in the 1990s.
