Cow Parsley Raven's Wing
An elegant form of the common Cow Parsley with gorgeous, deep purple, almost black deeply dissected fern-like foliage. Anthriscus sylvestris Raven's Wing is a highly decorative native perennial with pink tinged frothy clouds of tiny flowers in Spring and Summer. The flowers are extremely pollen rich, attracting bees, butterflies and other pollinating insects making it a top choice for the wildlife garden where it will self-seed freely. Raven's Wing is used by garden designers for its airy elegant form and contrasting foliage. It can be used as an underplanting for trees and shrub, or mixed into almost any border for dramatic effect.
