Tulip Purissima (White Emperor)

Tulip Purissima - Single Tulip

The large elegant flowers of Tulipa Purissima (also known as White Emperor) open palest primrose, maturing through cream then to pure white. Broad elongated petals have a warm yellow base. Originating from the steppe area around Samarkand, it has strong stems, resistant to wind and rain, and grey green leaves. This award-winning tulip is an ‘all-rounder’, whether growing in beds, borders or containers.
