Rosa Wiltshire

Rose Wiltshire

A hardy, repeating, ground-cover rose, Rosa Wiltshire is a low, deciduous, shrub rose with a bushy, spreading habit. The ovate foliage is deep, glossy green, setting off the flowers beautifully. Large clusters of fragrant, semi-double, rose-pink flowers, 3”/7cm across, with golden stamens, are borne from midsummer to autumn. Ideal for planting on a bank, but as these drain fast, mulch with compost, manure or leaf-mould in early spring, and for best flowering, give organic feed at the same time. Dead-head to prolong flowering, and lightly prune in March. Rose Wiltshire holds the RHS Award of Garden Merit.
