Rosa Adelaide d'Orleans

Rambler Rose Adelaide d'Orleans

A charming, very old rambler rose, Rosa Adelaide d’Orléans is a vigorous, deciduous to almost-evergreen rose with long, arching stems and plentiful, glossy, mid-green, divided foliage. Like most ramblers, it flowers once in midsummer, producing a profusion of small, semi-double, blush-pink to creamy-white flowers, opening from rounded buds with a faint greenish tint. The blooms are lightly scented and borne in large, graceful clusters, creating a beautiful, airy effect against the foliage. Rambler rose Adelaide d’Orléans is excellent for covering pergolas, arches, or walls, and also looks wonderful grown through a tree. Tough, hardy, and easy to train, it tolerates poorer soils and partial shade, making it a reliable choice for traditional and cottage gardens alike.
