Cambridge Rose

Fragrant, creamy-yellow flowers and fern-like foliage make Rosa cantabrigiensis, the Cambridge Rose, one of the most delightful single species roses for early season colour. Opening in late Spring and early Summer, the charming five-petalled blossoms cover arching, thorny stems and emit a sweet, delicate fragrance. Soil: Fertile, moist, well-drained soil. Prefers rich loams but adapts well to clay, chalk, or sandy ground provided organic matter is added. Dislikes waterlogged sites
