Redcurrant Rovada

Redcurrant Rovada

A late-season redcurrant, ‘Rovada’ is also late to flower, making it a good choice for colder areas. Fairly vigorous, medium-sized, upright bush which gives reliable, exceptionally heavy crops of very large, well-flavoured berries on long 'strings', making them easy to pick. Crops for a long period, is disease resistant, and very good in containers. Redcurrant ‘Rovada’ is the most common commercially grown redcurrant, which testifies to its ease of cultivation.
