Deutzia Carminea

A fairly compact shrub with very pretty flowers, Deutzia x rosea Carminea is a medium-sized, deciduous shrub with a low, rounded, bushy habit. The ovate to elliptical leaves are deep green, borne on arching branches. In May, these carry short panicles of charming, white, starry flowers, flushed carmine-pink on the reverse. Deutzia Carminea is an easy, low maintenance shrub with a very fresh appearance. Prune immediately after flowering.
