Crocosmia George Davison

Montbretia George Davison

Hardy, clump forming deciduous perennials with long, upright sword-shaped leaves, Montbretia are tolerant of most situations. Montbretia make an excellent choice for a fast way to add shape and texture to a landscape, looking very well planted en masse. Offering sprays of golden yellow flowers on tall arching stems, George Davison is a compact variety good for groundcover and the ability to establish quickly in most sunny or partly shaded gardens. Looks good mixed with Lucifer and complimented by Kniphofia, Lysimachia or contrasting purple Salvias. Crocosmia are resistant to grazing deer and rabbits. Attracts butterflies.
