Clethra fargesii

A deciduous flowering shrub, native to Central China and relatively uncommon in cultivation. Clethra fargesii has stunning panicles of alluringly fragrant white flowers which are produced in late summer. Clethra fargesii also has attractive yellow-red Autumn colour.
