Buddleia Buzz Magenta
Buddleja davidii Buzz Majenta is a compact, long-flowering, deciduous shrub, perfect for a patio container or at the front of a border in a small garden. The narrow elliptical leaves are an attractive grey-green. All summer long, masses of conical heads of Majenta flowers are borne, providing a feast of nectar for pollinators. Buddleia Buzz Majenta is easy to grow; prune in early spring to keep it in shape.
HISTORY
This series of plants was developed by Thompson & Morgan of Ipswich, Suffolk, England in a quest to create new hybrids which were more compact and easier to grow in the modern small garden. After 8 years of breeding and selection, the Buzz™ series was born.
