A compact, clump-forming perennial with chocolate-bronze, fern like foliage, in summer, maroon stems rise above the foliage to display stunning pink-blushed, feathery flower plumes. Each plume is packed with tiny flowers that provide lasting impact, gradually fading to a creamy tone into the cooler months. Great as a cut flower and attractive to butterflies & other pollinators.

Site: Sheltered, perfect for beds, borders, and woodland-style gardens
Soil: Moist, well-drained soil. Prefers rich, humus-rich ground. Avoid dry soils.
Position: Partial shade to full shade. Will tolerate morning sun if kept moist.
