Aster Little Carlow

Michaelmas Daisy Little Carlow

Forming a sturdy, bushy mound of narrow, dark green foliage on strong, self-supporting stems, this reliable performer brings magnificent end-of-season colour to garden borders. From late Summer through Autumn, it becomes completely smothered in hundreds of small, violet-blue flowers featuring bright yellow central discs. Highly resistant to powdery mildew unlike many older Michaelmas daisies, it requires minimal maintenance and holds its neat structure well without flopping. The nectar-rich blooms serve as a vital late-season food source for bees, butterflies, and other pollinators.
