IN-STORE RAFFLE TERMS AND CONDITIONS


PROMOTER
This promotional raffle is organised by Future Forests, Kealkill, Bantry, Co. Cork, Ireland, P75 H958.

1. Eligibility

  • The raffle is open to individuals aged 18 years or over.

  • Entries are welcome from visitors and customers of any nationality or country of residence.

  • Employees of Future Forests and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

2. How to Enter

  • Entry is free.

  • Customers will receive one (1) raffle ticket with each qualifying in-store purchase made during the promotional period.

  • To enter, customers must complete the raffle ticket and place it in the designated entry container in-store.

  • Only one entry may be submitted per qualifying purchase.

  • Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or not deposited in the designated entry container will not be eligible.

3. Promotional Period

  • The promotional period begins on Wednesday, June 6th, 2026 and ends on the first Wednesday of September, September 9th.

  • Future Forests reserves the right to extend, shorten, or otherwise amend the promotional period if necessary.

4. Prize

  • The prize consists of a €100 Future Forests voucher.

  • Multiple prizes may be awarded during the promotional period.

  • The voucher is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • The voucher may only be redeemed in accordance with Future Forests' standard voucher policies.

  • Any costs associated with claiming or using the prize, including travel, accommodation, shipping, customs duties, taxes, or other expenses, are the sole responsibility of the winner.

5. Winner Selection

  • Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received up to the date of each draw.

  • Future Forests may conduct one or more prize draws during the promotional period at dates of its choosing.

  • Winning entries will not be returned to the draw unless Future Forests expressly states otherwise.

6. Winner Notification

  • Winners will be contacted using the contact details provided on their raffle ticket.

  • If a winner cannot be contacted within 14 days, or declines the prize, Future Forests reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

7. Publicity

  • By accepting a prize, winners agree that Future Forests may publish their first name and general location (for example, "Jane from Dublin" or "Kai from Germany") in promotional materials, social media posts, and announcements relating to the raffle.

8. Data Protection

  • Personal information collected through the raffle will be used solely for administering the raffle, contacting winners, and fulfilling prizes.

  • Personal information will not be sold or shared with third parties except where required by law.

  • All personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.

9. General

  • By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

  • Future Forests reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the raffle where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

  • The decision of Future Forests in relation to all matters concerning the raffle is final.
