Tulip Mariette - Lily Flowered Tulip

Add elegance to the Spring border with this deep pink Tulip called Mariette. Also known as a Fluted Tulip, Mariette is tall and slender with long-lasting flowers from late April-May and is excellent as a cut flower.

Position: South or West facing, in full sun
Soils: Rich but well-drained, sandy, light soil
Planting Period: September to November
Flowering Period: April - May
Planting: Depth 4- 6” (10 -15 cm), Spacing 3- 6” (8 -15 cm)
